I. Where to use it?

The Tianjin City Card can be used on Tianjin buses (excluding customized buses, business shuttles, and other specific routes), rail transit, and interconnecting routes in other cities nationwide. In Tianjin, the card enjoys the current public transportation discount policy, and when used in other cities, the scope of use and ticket pricing policies are subject to local governments' and operating companies' announcements.

II. How to get it?

To apply for the Tianjin City Card, you can visit various rail transit stations in Tianjin and the Tianjin City Card Customer Service Centers. For detailed addresses, please refer to the attached table.

III. How to use it?

1. Purchasing a regular Tianjin City Card requires a deposit of 18 yuan per card. Commemorative cards are charged at a fixed price, and the base card is non-refundable. The card has a warranty period of two years from the date of purchase.

2. The Tianjin City Card can be recharged and used repeatedly, is not named, and does not require reporting if lost.

3. Recharging the Tianjin City Card is in increments of 10 yuan, with a maximum stored value of no more than 1000 yuan.

4. When making payments with the Tianjin City Card, simply place the card close to the payment POS machine's sensing area.

5. Special discounts enjoyed when using the Tianjin City Card for consumption need to be confirmed with various operators, and these are determined and announced by each operator.

IV. How to return it?

When returning the Tianjin City Card, it must be intact and functions are normal. For ordinary deposit cards, the deposit and the balance in the card will be returned, with the card being recycled. For commemorative cards, the balance is returned, and the card is not recycled.
