Since their introduction to Tianjin in 2017, shared bikes have gained popularity among the general public and tourists due to their green travel philosophy and flexible and convenient services. After several years of rapid development, shared bikes have become the fourth major urban transportation option, alongside cars, buses, and subways. Currently, there are three main shared bike operators in Tianjin: Mobike, Didi Bike, and Hello Bike. Below are the specific usage instructions and rules:
Mobike usage instructions:
1. Account registration and service usage:
- Download the Meituan app.
- Register with your phone number.
- Log in and complete real-name authentication (passport can be used).
- Click on "Ride" and scan the QR code on the bike's handlebar to unlock and start riding.
2. Riding fees:
- Starting fee: 1.5 yuan (includes the first 15 minutes), additional charges of 1 yuan per 15 minutes.
- Vehicle dispatch fee: 10 yuan for returning the bike outside the operating area.
- Vehicle management fee: 1-20 yuan for returning the bike in a restricted parking area; 5 yuan for returning the bike outside a designated parking point within the operating area.
- Users can purchase monthly or seasonal cards based on their needs.
3. Notes:
- Sign the Shared Bike Information Service Agreement before using the bike service.

Didi Bike usage instructions:
1. Usage conditions:
- Users must be at least 12 years old.
- Provide valid registration information, including phone number and legal identification (e.g., passport) for real-name verification.
2. Usage process:
- Download the Didi app and register, or alternatively, use the Didi Bike app and the mini-programs within WeChat and Alipay apps.
- Enter your phone number and complete registration, including real-name authentication (passport information is acceptable).
- Find a bike using the app's map.
- Click on "Scan to Ride" and scan the QR code on the bike's handlebar or under the seat to unlock and start riding.
- End the ride by parking the bike in a designated area and locking it with the app.
3. Pricing rules:
- Starting fee: 1.5 yuan/15 minutes, additional charges of 1 yuan/15 minutes. If the ride is less than 15 minutes, charges will be applied for the full 15-minute duration.
- Dispatch fee (outside operating area): 20 yuan.
- Dispatch fee (in restricted parking area): 20 yuan.
- Vehicle management fee: 5 yuan for parking outside a designated parking point within the operating area.

- Click "Ride" and scan the QR code on the bike's handlebar to unlock and start riding.
