(2) Per kilometer fare: Vehicles with a displacement of 1.6 liters and below charge 2.2 yuan per kilometer (white top light); vehicles with a displacement above 1.6 liters charge 2.5 yuan per kilometer (yellow top light).

(3) Low-speed waiting fee: When the speed is below 12 kilometers per hour, an additional 1 kilometer fare is charged every 3 minutes.

(4) No-occupancy surcharge: For one-way trips exceeding 10 to 15 kilometers, an additional 30 percent of the per-kilometer fare is charged; for distances exceeding 15 to 30 kilometers, an additional 50 percent is charged; for distances exceeding 30 kilometers, an additional 70 percent is charged.

(5) Night surcharge: From 23:00 to 5:00 the next day, a 30 percent surcharge is applied to the starting fare and per-kilometer fare.

3. Tips for taking a taxi

(1) Pay attention to the route: During the journey, passengers should pay attention to the driver's route. If the driver deviates from the correct route, passengers need to inquire promptly and confirm the destination and keep the receipt for potential complaints to the hotline at 12345.
