Welcome to Tianjin! After your arrival, please take note of the following:

- During the permitted visa-free time, you can stay only within the administrative areas of the 24 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions: Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hainan, and Guizhou.

In the provinces and municipalities of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Anhui, Hainan, and Guizhou, activities may be conducted throughout their entire administrative areas.

For the following six provinces and regions, activity areas are limited to specific cities:

Heilongjiang province: Harbin city

Shanxi province: Taiyuan and Datong cities

Jiangxi province: Nanchang and Jingdezhen cities

Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region: Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin, Wuzhou, Beihai, Fangchenggang, Qinzhou, Guigang, Yulin, Hezhou, Hechi, and Laibin (12 cities)

Sichuan province: Chengdu, Zigong, Luzhou, Deyang, Suining, Neijiang, Leshan, Yibin, Ya’an, Meishan, and Ziyang (11 cities)

Yunnan province: Kunming, Yuxi, Chuxiong, Honghe, Wenshan, Pu’er, Xishuangbanna, Dali, and Lijiang (9 cities/prefectures)

You can leave China from over 60 ports opened to the outside from Beijing, Shanghai and other cities.

- Starting from 00:00 on the day after your entry, you are allowed to stay for 240 hours (10 days) within the administrative regions. The specific stay dates are based on the duration marked by the border inspection authorities on the entry permit sticker attached to your passport.

- You must carry your passport and other identification documents with you at all times.

- If you reside or stay outside hotels, you must register your accommodation with the local police station within 24 hours of check-in, either by yourself or the person accommodating you.

You can also complete accommodation registration through the "Online Self-Service Accommodation Registration System for Foreign Nationals" without leaving your residence.

Mobile Access: Follow the Tianjin Entry-Exit WeChat official account and navigate to "Service Processing" → "Accommodation Registration for Foreign Nationals" to fill out the required information.

PC Access: Enter the designated website address: https://crj.ga.tj.gov.cn/zsdj/index.html#/login

- If you need to stay for over 240 hours in case of force majeure events such as adverse weather, natural disasters, or illness, or if you need to travel outside the administrative regions of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei for special reasons, you must obtain the corresponding visa documents from the exit-entry administration departments in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Staying beyond the designated area or time limit without the proper visa documents is considered illegal residence.

- You must abide by Chinese laws during your stay in China.
