Singapore-headquartered Perennial Holdings Private Limited announced Monday that the Perennial General Hospital in Tianjin has become the country's first wholly foreign-owned private tertiary general hospital.

It recently passed the Tianjin Health Commission's stringent hospital inspection and obtained its Medical Institution Practice License, it said in a press release on Monday.
