In response, Dongjiang Port Customs under Tianjin Customs has optimized its intelligent control system to improve customs clearance convenience, ensuring the efficiency of port collection and distribution.

According to China Customs, the total volume of imported fruits reached 7.8 million tons during the first 11 months of 2023, reaching a value of $17.2 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5.41 percent and 18.44 percent, respectively.

Chile ranked third among the top 10 countries for China's imported fruits.
