Riverside 66 is the first commercial real estate project built by Hang Lung Properties in Tianjin. It is located at the golden intersection of Heping Road and Binjiang Road, and has a total investment exceeding 5.4 billion yuan ($750.27 million), a length of about 380 meters, and a construction area of 251,000 square meters, including a commercial space of about 153,000 sq m.

Since its opening on Sept 26, 2014, Riverside 66 has shown good development momentum with steadily increasing customer traffic.

The architecture, with its unique glass shell, has been a landmark building along the Haihe River and has received the LEED gold certification presented by the US Green Building Council and the title of national green shopping mall granted by the Ministry of Commerce of China in 2018.

Riverside 66 is positioned as a high-end fashion shopping center targeting elite white-collar workers aged between 20 and 45, as well as tourists.
