The Uni Life Commercial Street is constructed with one underground floor and seven above-ground floors. The area from the basement level to the second floor, spanning approximately 17,000 square meters, was independently developed by China Overseas Uni Commerce’s management team, aiming to become Tianjin's first Russian-style music-themed block.

Several distinctive Russian and European brands with exotic charm have been introduced to this section, including the Katyusha Russian Restaurant and the Shemyakin Art Gallery.
