CREATIVO is a distinctive commercial and tourist district with an authentic Italian style, exuding a rich cultural and artistic ambiance alongside a sense of technological innovation.

Centered around themes of culture and art, the location integrates Italian architectural landscape, culture and education, technological experiences, immersive performances, quality living and gourmet dining into a high-end experiential cultural tourism destination.

In 2017, CREATIVO received international acclaim by winning the Special Prize for Exterior at the Prix Versailles, a prestigious global architecture and design award. Further adding to its accolades, the project was chosen to be part of the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience Tourism Route" during the 2020 Tongzhou-Wuqing-Langqiao Cultural Exchange Season. In 2021, it garners AAA-grade status as a tourist attraction.

The year 2022 marked another significant achievement for CREATIVO. Both the Florentia Village commercial district, a place that houses CREATIVO, and Creativo Design Space were recognized in the inaugural batch of nationally acclaimed demonstration smart commercial districts and smart stores by the Ministry of Commerce of China. Notably, they are the only commercial district and project in Tianjin to receive this recognition.
